This year I've been busy!

The pile of Mountain Dew bottle caps covered my desk. Hubby was saving the caps to enter a drawing held at everytenminutes.com (every10minutes.com?) but instead of entering them, they slowly became a yellow mountain of, well...Mountain Dew caps.

Last thursday, I told him to enter the damn things into the contest or out they go. At 9:50 p.m., he entered approximately 30 of the caps.

Now, here's the "guess what" of it all...

We won an XBOX 360!!! It'll be here just in time for Christmas. :D

Also, we won a gift package containing t-shirts, ball caps and other miscellaneous stuff.

Yeah, the boys are going to have a very nice Christmas. :D

We had a 1991 Ford Aerostar Van. I say "had" because the last few weeks it has proven that 177,000 miles was over the limit and was planning a slow, agonizing death. So, today I traded it in for a 2000 Chevy Venture van.

I absolutely love my new van but the $355 car payment scares the shit out of me. My old van was paid off years ago so this monthly car payment thingy has my head reeling.

Tell me I did the right thing. Tell me it'll all be okay. Lie to me if you have to. :lol

The results of the EEG won't be available until Monday. That's the test to see if I'm having seizures of some sort.

The kidney test came back as negative. There is absolutely NO damage whatsoever to my kidneys from my diabetes.

The CT scan came back completely normal. There is absolutely NO tumor of any kind.

Did you hear it? That HUGE sigh of relief and an outburst of THANK YOU to prayers answered? :D

I can handle it if I'm having seizures. I can handle it if there is some nerve damage that needs tending to. I can handle anything because IT'S NOT A TUMOR!!!
